車主Steve玩電單車的年資只有三年,但已先後試過台灣250綿羊、韓國650街車和Suzuki 150綿羊。以下是車主對GSX-R750 K8的感受:</td>

<td width="760" colspan="2">「我認為假日車以性能為先,所以跑車是必然選擇。」講起電單車,車主Steve臉上總是掛著微笑:「由於我體重有200磅,所以<a href="https://www.ibike.com.hk/01_bike_report/08/suzuki/08_gsxr600_750/67.htm?" target="_blank"><font color="#0000ff">GSX-R600</font></a>不再考慮之列。但<a href="https://www.ibike.com.hk/01_bike_report/07/suzuki/gsxr1000/k7.htm" target="_blank"><font color="#0000ff">GSX-R1000</font></a>和<a href="https://www.ibike.com.hk/01_bike_report/07/suzuki/08_hayabusa/gsx1300r.htm" target="_blank"><font color="#0000ff">GSX-1300R</font></a>馬力又太多,我實在用不著。所以GSX-R750便是最適合的選擇。」</td></tr>

<td width="760" colspan="2">「由於今日車才到我手,所以操控仍在熟習中,機器也在磨合中。」Steve感到有點熱,擦擦臉說:「如果以我的街車<a href="https://www.ibike.com.hk/01_bike_report/local/suzuki/06_gsr600/p/06.htm" target="_blank"><font color="#0000ff">GSR600</font></a>相比,我感到GSX-R750的低轉扭力,明顯不及街車GSR600般隨傳隨到。以起步的磨擦點為例,習慣了駕駛街車的我,稍不留神便會因轉數不足或太快放極力子而死火。當GSR600在3,000rpm時,扭力經己結實地湧出來,而GSX-R750呢?兇猛的加速感覺要在6,000rpm才會出現。這便是街車和跑車的分別。」</td></tr>

<td width="760" colspan="2">「不幸的是,我現在仍處於磨合期,轉數不宜長期超過6,500rpm。」說著,Steve兩指一揚,咀唇緊閉,用力地扯了一口很深的紅萬:「所以當力量一到時我便要忍手縮油!希望我可以盡快完成磨合,到時便可以盡情享受GSX-R750的馬力。雖說GSX-R750要在6,000rpm以後才發惡,但其實線性的輸出,在6,000rpm以下仍是相當快。以4波6,000rpm行車,車速已超過100km/h。在不超過6,500rpm的大前提下,也可以有130km/h來輕鬆地巡航。總算是不太難受。」</td></tr>

<td width="760" colspan="2">「論操控和駕駛姿勢,GSX-R750完全沒有750級的負擔,實在太輕巧了!超容易駕駛,真係冇揀錯車,真開心!」要Steve來一個總結,眼睛馬上變得閃亮:「改車方面,暫時我只想到更換一套全鈦合金死氣喉。價錢約在18,000。因為我的GSR600都換了這牌子的中至尾排氣系統,效果已經好正,聲威力猛。所以食過番尋味,希望今次更換整套系統,會有更美滿的效果。」<img height="20" alt="" src="https://www.ibike.com.hk/00_main/frontpage_graphic/end2.gif" width="51" border="0"/></td></tr>

<td width="760" colspan="2">750市售跑車級別會否重生,還有一個論點支持。在日益嚴厲的環保限制下,公升級和中量600級跑車的研發技術已達飽和階段,要再增強馬力輸出,同時通過環保,非得加大排氣量不可。就像本田房車CIVIC,由以往的1,500c.c.進化到現在的1,800c.c.,豐田哈仔由舊款3.0去到現在的4.0H,這些例子都是環保條例使然,以增大排氣量來提供更大的動力表現、抗衡環保限制。不能不相信,我們的電單車介別,也快將步入加大排氣量年代了。</td></tr>

<td width="760" colspan="2">一直沒有放棄研發750跑車引擎的鈴木,究竟是有一份不離不棄的執著?還是獨具慧眼、有先見之明呢?很難說。但就以上的大趨勢看來,如果750區域戰火再度爆發的話,經驗老到而且具有豐富研發資源的鈴木,肯定佔盡上風,跑贏大市。
不用多說,GSX-R 600/750 K8的頭燈設計明顯比舊款漂亮,美中不足還是單眼仔高低燈設計。兩邊啡呤設計也極盡簡約,X型設計感覺清新,除了肚兜些微位置,再沒有多餘空間給你手多貼貼紙。大R系列最受歡迎的尾龍船啡呤外型設計與舊款相若,任誰也不肯把車上最性感的單Seat蓋拆下吧!</td></tr>

<td width="760" colspan="2">GSX-R750和GSX-R600的主要分別,在於排氣量不同。兩者共同分享一樣的車身、懸掛系統和週邊配備。新款K8引擎基本結構不變,均與06年版本一樣。GSX-R750的動力心臟來自一具749c.c.引擎,缸徑和衝程分別為70mm和48.7mm,壓縮比為12.5:1。引擎最高轉速為15,000轉。GSX-R600的引擎總容積則為599c.c.,67mm缸徑x42.5mm衝程,為了讓大R600能榨出更大馬力,壓縮比再度增至12.8:1,最高轉數提昇至16,000轉。 負責操控死氣閥門的挺桿直徑也增加至25mm,汽缸之間的疏氣孔也增加至41mm,減少汽缸之間的內耗壓力和減低機械磨損。GSX-R K8的怠轉使用玲新的ISC怠轉控制系統,增強新車在冷車啟動時和平穩怠轉的表現。新的液壓式凸輪鏈鬆緊調節器,可以減低噪音和機械磨損。

<td width="760" colspan="2">承接四年大改兩年小改的市場策略,08款大R家族裡一門三傑中的二哥和三弟之進化還是具有相當的爆炸力。在K7大佬GSX-R1000身上看到的S-DMS動力模組,今天也可以在大K8 R750和R600身上同時找得到:提供了「雨天」、「混合」和「乾地」三種模式,配合32bit運算速度的行車模組,使騎仕能夠因應不同的路面狀況下選擇最適合的動力輸出。</td></tr>

<td width="760" colspan="2">新車改良的地方包括讓油門控制能夠更線性電噴系統的SDTV組件,SRAD Ram Air系統配合特大容量風盒,促使K8車系吸氣更暢順。而R750的電噴唧咀更由以往的四孔增至八孔,大大優化了燃油的霧化效果。哇佬由鈦合金鑄造,使用獨立彈簧輔助作動,機件鋼性加強而且耐用,更重要的是再度為引擎減重。類似Slipper Clutch的極力子減壓系統設計能有效減低因急速拖波帶來的反向扭力,使入灣能更得心應手。
全新排氣管設計比舊款長且粗壯,給人更結實的感覺。裡頭加入催化器,主要目的當然是減低排放有毒氣體,為環境保護盡一分力,同時通過歐三環保認證。中批內更藏有Suzuki Exhaust Tuning system,由伺服器操作的蝴蝶掩,會依據引擎轉數來調整開啟角度,在低轉時增加排氣回壓來保留扭力,在高轉時則減少回壓讓引擎呼吸更暢順。</td></tr>

<td width="760" colspan="2">制動系統方面,與舊款同樣使用310mm剎車碟配4活塞放射式對向卡鉗。41mm Showa全功能調較倒立套管油壓前叉和46mm Showa尾避震(避震芯粗達16mm),額外附有高低速下油壓調較的全功能尾避震也非常夠用。這些都已是頂級配備,不需要雞蛋裡挑骨頭。
隨著07年CBR600RR隨車奉上電子釘把,K8 R750和R600也同時跟進。Kayaba中置釘把妥善置於下眼鏡前,電子控制模組會因應車速和引擎轉速對釘把的鬆緊度作出調節。油缸容量比K6款些微加大了0.5公升。新款LCD儀錶版也跟著K7 R1000改款,清楚顯示波段、動力輸出模式和引擎轉速等行車資訊。</td></tr>
