2011 MotoGP Power Play: Honda Sitting Pretty

Yamaha將在印城站讓Ben Spies使用第五顆新引擎（一年賽季引擎配額只有六顆），這拋出了一個很有趣的問題：哪些廠隊車手的年度引擎配額處於良好狀態，而誰又是岌岌可危，背景音樂可以配上Kenny Loggins的Top Gun主題曲呢？

Lorenzo在Brno用第三號引擎跑完成第六場比賽距離。之前他在巴賽羅那開始使用第4號引擎，不過只在德國站有使用它跑比賽。目前不知道在Indy會用哪顆引擎配置在他的M1上。

Casey Stoner跟Honda仍舊不錯，in more ways than one.
在Brno第一次用第四號引擎，不過並沒有用它來跑比賽。所以，他還有三顆新的引擎跑本季剩下的比賽來抵擋Lorenzo的進攻。
The points leader broke out his fourth engine of the season for the first time at Brno, and he didn't race with it. So he has three fresh engines to use down the stretch run of the season in case Lorenzo makes a late charge.


Pedrosa情況跟Stoner一樣，只在Brno練習和排位中使用他的第四號引擎，跑比賽則選擇使用3號引擎。
Dovizioso是唯一使用第四號引擎的人，用四號機進行Brno站比賽。
Dani Pedrosa is in the same position as Stoner with Repsol Honda, using his fourth engine of the year only in practice and qualifying at Brno and opting to use engine No. 3 in the race. Andrea Dovizioso is the only Repsol Honda rider to race four engines this season, as engine No. 4 was bolted into his bike for the Brno race.

Simoncelli則是用他的第四號引擎來跑Mugello, Sachsenring, Laguna Seca 和 Brno的練習或排位賽，只有捷克站才用四號引擎跑。
Marco Simoncelli used his fourth Honda engine in practice and/or qualifying at Mugello, Sachsenring, Laguna Seca and Brno but only raced the powerplant at Brno.

American Nick Hayden is in only slightly better shape. His fourth engine of 2011 has seen duty in five races since Catalunya, including Mugello, Laguna and Brno this summer. Interestingly, Ducati reverted to engine No. 1 of 2011 for Hayden at Sachsenring.

Alvaro Bautista和改善中的鈴木已用四號引擎跑了三場比賽。2號引擎也撐了四場比賽，所以也許車隊能在印城用四號引擎多撐一些里程
Alvaro Bautista and the improving Suzuki team already have three races on its fourth engine of the year. Suzuki put four races on engine No. 2, so maybe the team can squeeze one more distance out of No. 4 at Indy.
